Terms

We may change our terms and condtions at anytime, this will only apply to subsequent orders made.

Next Day Delivery

We can only guarantee next day delivery  if you  select ‘Next Day Service’ at the checkout (only on orders placed before 1pm Mon-Thur). This is only available to UK mainland customers.  If you are outside of this area and require your item urgently please contact us. Please note that severe weather conditions may have an effect on services and is beyond our control.

Deliveries

We can send any of our items worldwide, and all items are insured. If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; we advise each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please allow 1-3 days for deliveries in the UK, 5-10 days for European deliveries and 5-14 days for deliveries worldwide. The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate.

Purchase of goods

As soon as we receive your order it will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent to you. All items listed are in stock, however if there is any problem with an item or order we will contact you, no substitions are made by us.

Dispatch

Once you have placed your order we aim to dispatch the product within 24 hours (mon-fri), however we often dispatch the same day if we can.

Returns, Damages & Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall, at our own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail (sales@myrosarybeads.co.uk) within 90 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

MyRosaryBeads.co.uk  is compliant with the Data Protection Act and will not pass your information on to anyone else.  All your details are stored on our secure server and all payment details are kept secure, we do not keep paper copies of any payment information.
